MotoGP has released its calendar for the 2026 season, with 22 Grands Prix scheduled across a nine-month period.

The season will open with a night race in Qatar at Lusail before heading to Brazil, where Goiania will host MotoGP’s return at the end of March. This marks a comeback for the Brazilian Grand Prix after 22 years.

The European leg begins in Jerez, followed by traditional rounds in France, Catalunya and Italy. Some events have been moved to new dates – notably Austria, which shifts to September. The Czech Grand Prix, which rejoined the calendar in 2025, moves earlier to June and will follow the Hungarian round at Balaton Park.

A summer break will take place after the German Grand Prix at the Sachsenring, with racing resuming at Silverstone in early August. A second short break follows before the series continues in Aragon at the end of the month.

The overseas segment of the season mirrors the structure seen in 2025. Japan, Indonesia, Australia, and Malaysia form the key flyaway races through October, before the championship concludes in Portugal and Spain, with Portimao and Valencia hosting the final two rounds.
