Formula 1 Barcelona F1 Red Bull Racing 2026 F1 season

Red Bull Racing has released the first official images of its RB22, the car that will represent the team in the 2026 Formula 1 season under the sport’s all-new technical regulations.

Red Bull has revealed studio images of the RB22 just minutes before the start of the behind-closed-doors shakedown in Barcelona. While the team already showcased its 2026 livery earlier this year in Detroit using a show car, this marks the first proper look at the real machine that will soon hit the track.

After finishing third in the Constructors’ Championship last year, Red Bull heads into 2026 looking to return to the very top. Max Verstappen ended the previous campaign second in the Drivers’ standings and missed out on defending his title.

A major milestone for the team in 2026 is the start of its in-house power unit era. Red Bull Powertrains begins a new chapter following the end of its partnership with Honda, working closely with Ford as a technical partner on the development of its engines.

There is also a notable change in the driver's lineup. Isack Hadjar joins the team as Verstappen’s new team-mate, stepping up to one of the most demanding seats on the grid as Red Bull reshapes its line-up for the new regulation cycle.

The RB22 will make its first on-track appearance during the Barcelona shakedown.
