Round seventeen of the 2025 season takes us to Baku for the Azerbaijan Grand Pri. Although the weekend runs on local Baku time, the sessions are still at good times for European fans to catch all the action live.
After the long European leg, Formula 1 heads to Baku for the Azerbaijan Grand Prix, a street circuit that mixes long straights with tight, twisty sections through the old city. Last year, Oscar Piastri claimed victory, while a late-race collision between Carlos Sainz and Sergio Perez shook up the order. This year, McLaren arrives in strong form, but with Max Verstappen coming off his win in Monza, he’s likely to be a major contender, making the battle for victory unpredictable once again.
