The Formula1 grid for 2026 is now complete after Red Bull and their sister team, Racing Bulls, confirmed their long-awaited driver choices. Fans had been particularly curious to see who would be chosen to race alongside four-time world champion Max Verstappen.

Red Bull have selected Isack Hadjar as Verstappen’s new teammate after the French driver impressed in his rookie year with RB. Racing Bulls will continue with Liam Lawson, while 18-year-old British driver Arvid Lindblad has earned a remarkable promotion from Formula 2 to a full-time F1 seat. The decision also means Yuki Tsunoda loses his race drive after five seasons, though he stays within the Red Bull family as a test and reserve driver.

With every seat now confirmed, attention turns fully to what the new season might bring. The 2026 grid offers a blend of world champions, strong team leaders and exciting young talents. McLaren remain with Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri, Ferrari pair Charles Leclerc with Lewis Hamilton, and Mercedes continue with George Russell and Kimi Antonelli. Aston Martin also keep their line-up of Fernando Alonso and Lance Stroll.

Elsewhere, Alpine will race Pierre Gasly and Franco Colapinto, Haas bring together Esteban Ocon and Ollie Bearman, and Williams field Alex Albon alongside Carlos Sainz. Sauber stay with Nico Hulkenberg and Gabriel Bortoleto, while new team Cadillac arrive with Sergio Perez and Valtteri Bottas.
