Marc Márquez finished fastest in the morning practice session at Balaton Park. Pedro Acosta and Raúl Fernández also showed strong pace, while Francesco Bagnaia ended the session in sixth place after a busy and competitive 45-minute run.

The morning practice session at Balaton Park was held under cloudy skies. This session was only 45 minutes long.

The first measured laps were in the 1:41 to 1:45 range, with Francesco Bagnaia taking the early lead of the session. The tyre configurations were mostly soft and medium, with only three riders opting for both medium tyres.

As the riders got used to the track conditions, their times became faster. Pedro Acosta was a great example of that, as he became the first rider to break into the 1:39 range, while Bezzecchi managed to improve his time and move up to second place.

For this weekend, Gresini has Iker Lecuona stepping in for the injured Alex Márquez. Marc Márquez, who returned last weekend after an injury, had found his pace and was running in sixth place.

Just like last weekend, Jack Miller was the fastest Yamaha rider, managing to hold fifth place, while the rest of the Yamaha riders were in 16th, 17th, and 20th places.

With 10 minutes into the session, the top 10 looked as follows: Acosta, Bagnaia, Fernández, Bezzecchi, Miller, Di Giannantonio, Bastianini, Márquez, Marini, Morbidelli.

Acosta continued improving his time, as he was already close to breaking into the 1:38 range. Meanwhile, Di Giannantonio found more speed and moved into second place. Shortly after, Marc Márquez set his best lap yet, moving himself up to second place, though he was still 0.600s slower than Acosta in the lead.

As the practice continued, Diogo Moreira found more speed and moved into fourth place. With 15 minutes remaining in the session, the majority of the riders headed to the pits, leaving only a few on the track.

As the riders returned to the track, some were seen leaving the circuit or having their laps cancelled for shortcuts. However, Toprak Razgatlioglu, who had been trailing near the back of the order, managed to improve to seventh place. Fabio Quartararo also found more speed and moved up to 11th.

Marc Márquez took the lead of the session with a time of 1:39.003. Raúl Fernández also found improvement and jumped to third place, with Razgatlioglu in fourth. Meanwhile, Bagnaia was down in sixth place, unable to find further improvement.

With 10 minutes left, the top 10 looked as follows: Márquez, Acosta, Fernández, Razgatlioglu, Di Giannantonio, Moreira, Binder, Bezzecchi, Bagnaia, Marini, Aldeguer.

The order changed quickly, as Di Giannantonio moved to third place, Marini improved to fourth, and Aldeguer moved up to seventh.

Marc Márquez, Raúl Fernández, and Pedro Acosta were the only riders who managed to break into the 1:38 range. Bagnaia, who was in the second half of the top 10, managed to climb to fourth place.

The top 10 finished like this: Márquez, Fernández, Acosta, Aldeguer, Di Giannantonio, Bagnaia, Ogura, Marini, Bezzecchi, Razgatlioglu.
