Winner: Ducati

Ducati had another strong weekend overall. Its riders filled the podium places, and several Ducati riders showed great pace during the event.

Di Giannantonio won the race, while Fermin Aldeguer and Francesco Bagnaia also scored important results. Ducati once again proved it has many talented riders and one of the best bikes on the grid.

Loser: Aprilia

Aprilia had a terrible weekend in Spain. Almost everything went wrong for the team. Jorge Martin crashed several times and lost a big chance to score strong points. Raul Fernandez also caused problems after hitting Martin during the race.

Marco Bezzecchi still managed to finish fourth, but overall Aprilia looked messy and unlucky all weekend.

Winner: Fabio Di Giannantonio

Fabio Di Giannantonio was one of the happiest men in Barcelona. The Italian rider finally took a very important MotoGP win after a difficult and dangerous race. He even continued racing after being hit by part of another bike during one crash.

He stayed calm, rode very well after the restart, and passed other riders with confidence. It was also a special moment for the VR46 team because it was their first MotoGP victory for three years. Valentino Rossi watched the success from the garage.

Many people now believe Di Giannantonio could fight for the championship this season.

Loser: KTM

KTM had speed but too many technical problems. Several riders suffered mechanical failures during the weekend. Maverick Vinales retired in the sprint race, Brad Binder had issues before the main race, and Acosta’s bike problem caused the biggest crash of the day.

The team showed promise, but reliability problems ruined their results.

In the end, the Catalan Grand Prix will be remembered more for the crashes and drama than for the racing itself. Fans were happy to see all riders survive the frightening accidents, while Fabio Di Giannantonio celebrated one of the biggest wins of his career.

Winner and Loser: Pedro Acosta

Pedro Acosta showed amazing speed during the weekend. He took pole position and looked fast enough to win the race.

Sadly, his KTM bike suddenly lost power during the race. This caused the huge crash with Alex Marquez. Later, after the restart, Acosta was pushed off the track again and could not finish.

It was a painful weekend because he had the speed to take his first MotoGP victory, but bad luck stopped him.
