The Sunday race took place under sunny weather. After a smooth warm-up, the race began. On Saturday, after the sprint, both Enea Bastianini and Fabio Quartararo received a long-lap penalty for the Sunday race. Fabio Di Giannantonio had to start from the pit lane after switching to his second bike just before the start.

At the start, Marc Márquez and Marco Bezzecchi got away well. Marc briefly took the lead, but Bezzecchi passed him at Turn 2, pushing Marc wide and dropping him further back. Another strong starter was Francesco Bagnaia, who moved up to 7th place. On the opening lap, the first yellow flag came out when Bastianini crashed and retired. After lap one, the top five were: Bezzecchi, Morbidelli, Marc Márquez, Acosta, and Aldeguer.

On lap 2, Alex Márquez crashed at Turn 1 but was able to rejoin safely. By lap 4, Marc had closed the gap to Morbidelli to under one second. That same lap, another yellow flag appeared after Joan Mir and Raúl Fernández both crashed in Sector 2. Also on lap 4, Quartararo served his long-lap penalty, dropping from 7th to 12th. On lap 5, Marc overtook Morbidelli and began chasing Bezzecchi for the lead.

Both Bezzecchi and Morbidelli had chosen medium front/soft rear tires, while Marc went for double medium. After losing the place to Marc, Morbidelli had to defend 3rd from Acosta, but by lap 6 Acosta managed to pass him.

On lap 7, Marc briefly overtook Bezzecchi, but the Italian quickly took the position back. The fight continued until lap 11, when Marc finally made the move stick and began to pull away. By lap 12, he started building a gap.

On lap 14, another yellow flag was waved after Aldeguer crashed out. Meanwhile, Acosta caught up to Bezzecchi and overtook him for 2nd place at Turn 1 on lap 15. Marc now had a gap of over 2.5 seconds. On lap 17, Jack Miller crashed in Sector 3 and retired, bringing another yellow flag. Also worth noting: Jorge Martin, starting from 16th, had climbed up into 5th place.

By lap 20, Bagnaia was closing in on Pol Espargaró in 8th. Another yellow flag was shown when Johann Zarco crashed in Sector 2. At the front, Marc was still leading with more than 3 seconds advantage. Martin, riding very strongly, received a track limits warning but still managed to pass Morbidelli for 4th.

With 3 laps to go, Morbidelli came under attack from Luca Marini, who passed him a lap later to secure his best finish of the season. On the final lap, Bagnaia overtook Espargaró to take 8th place.

In the end, Marc Márquez won the race, with Pedro Acosta in 2nd and Marco Bezzecchi in 3rd.
