Lando Norris will reach another major milestone at the Las Vegas Grand Prix, where he is set to equal David Coulthard’s long-standing record for the most Formula 1 race starts with McLaren.
Lando Norris will match a significant McLaren benchmark at the Las Vegas Grand Prix as he prepares for his 150th race start with the team – drawing level with David Coulthard, who currently holds the all-time McLaren record at 150 races.
Since making his debut in 2019, Norris has become the modern face of McLaren, collecting 11 wins, 15 pole positions and 43 podium finishes to date.
With a contract running until 2027, Norris is firmly on course to overtake Coulthard and extend the record deep into the future. As Norris fight for the 2025 World Championship, the Las Vegas weekend could mark not only a historical milestone, but another step in his bid to bring the drivers’ title back to Woking for the first time since 2008.
