Marc Márquez had a great start to the sprint race, but he made a mistake at Turn 1, which let Fabio Quartararo take the lead. Quartararo made a small gap from the rest of the riders.

Meanwhile, Francesco Bagnaia moved ahead of Fermín Aldeguer. We also saw a big fight between three KTM riders: Pedro Acosta, Brad Binder, and Maverick Viñales. Viñales won this battle.

Marco Bezzecchi moved up to 6th place, but Raul Fernandez had a bad start and dropped to 16th. Then, a yellow flag came out when Bagnaia crashed at Turn 3.

Marc Márquez started catching up to Quartararo, showing strong pace. At the same time, Johann Zarco got a track limits warning. Bezzecchi then fell to the back of the group, and Miguel Oliveira also got a warning for track limits.

Acosta passed Viñales, and Luca Marini also got a warning. Aldeguer set the fastest lap, but then Brad Binder crashed, which caused another yellow flag.

Marc Márquez began attacking Quartararo again. On lap 5, he passed Quartararo at Turn 2, but Quartararo took the lead back at Turn 4. This fight allowed Alex Márquez to catch up.

Marc passed Quartararo again, and Alex tried to overtake too but ran wide. Enea Bastianini got a penalty and had to let two riders pass. Marc Márquez then started making a gap at the front.

Takaki Nakagami got a track limits warning. Then Alex Márquez passed Quartararo to take second place, and Aldeguer began catching up to Quartararo as well.

At the back, Acosta and Viñales were fighting for 5th place. On lap 9, Aldeguer got ready to attack Quartararo. He passed him at Turn 3 on lap 10, but made a mistake and Quartararo passed him back. Aldeguer quickly retook third place.

Marc Márquez also got a track limits warning, but he stayed in the lead. Viñales was still trying to overtake Acosta.

On the last lap, Marc Márquez stayed in front and won the sprint race. His brother Alex finished second, and Fermín Aldeguer took his first MotoGP podium in third. Acosta crashed at the final turn but rejoined and finished 19th.
