The highly anticipated race in Brno is here. Marco Bezzecchi was suspended from the race after an incident with a track marshal. Jorge Martin arrived here carrying a double long-lap penalty for causing an incident during the Balaton Park race.

The start went well for Ai Ogura, who managed to defend his position. Meanwhile, Marc Márquez got ahead of Di Giannantonio. A few turns later, Di Giannantonio lost more positions in a short moment. Francesco Bagnaia was catching up to his teammate, eventually overtaking him and moving into 2nd place, preparing for an overtake on Ogura.

Further down the grid, Mir and Martin were switching positions for 7th place. After Lap 1, the top 10 looked as follows: Ogura, Bagnaia, M. Márquez, Acosta, Moreira, Di Giannantonio, Martin, Mir, Aldeguer, Fernandez.

Bagnaia managed to overtake Ogura for a short moment, but Ogura had a better exit from the turn and took the lead back. A yellow flag was then shown, caused by Fabio Quartararo crashing. Bagnaia used this opportunity to cleanly overtake Ogura. As if that wasn't enough, Ogura shortly afterward lost another position, this time to Marc Márquez, dropping to 3rd place.

Fabio Di Giannantonio, who had fallen down the order, was slowly making his way back up and was now in 5th place, preparing an overtake on Acosta.

On Lap 5, Martin completed his first long lap, falling to 10th place. On Lap 6, Martin had officially finished both of his long laps and was in 13th place.

At the front, Bagnaia was riding safely, with his teammate following him at a gap of over 0.400 seconds.

On Lap 10, the top 10 looked as follows: Bagnaia, M. Márquez, Ogura, Acosta, Di Giannantonio, Mir, Aldeguer, Moreira, Fernandez, Marini.

Further down the grid, the Yamahas were all stacked together from 16th to 19th place. Their best rider was Toprak Razgatlioglu.

Besides Joan Mir, everyone chose the medium-medium tyre configuration, just like yesterday in the Sprint. However, at the front, Márquez started catching up to Bagnaia in the lead.

On Lap 14, Fermín Aldeguer received a track limits warning, joining Jorge Martin. Meanwhile, Martin slowly climbed up to 11th place.

Meanwhile, Márquez was close behind Bagnaia and started to attack him. It didn't take long; on Lap 16, Marc Márquez took the lead of the race. The top 10 looked as follows: M. Márquez, Bagnaia, Ogura, Di Giannantonio, Mir, Acosta, Aldeguer, Fernandez, Moreira, Marini.

Ai Ogura, who was 0.500 seconds behind the leading duo, managed to catch up to Bagnaia and cleanly overtake him, moving into 2nd place. Further down the grid, Acosta overtook Mir and moved into 5th place.

With 3 laps to go, the top 10 looked as follows: M. Márquez, Ogura, Bagnaia, Di Giannantonio, Acosta, Mir, Aldeguer, Fernandez, Marini, Martin.

On the last lap, Pedro Acosta retired from the race due to another technical problem with his bike.

And it was Marc Márquez who took victory in Brno, with Ai Ogura finishing in 2nd place and Bagnaia rounding out the podium.
