FP2

This session is used as a warm-up before the riders go into qualifying. The weather brought good track conditions. The first laps were in a time range from 1:50s to 1:46s. As yesterday, it was Francesco Bagnaia who took the lead of this practice session.

Marc Márquez, who had returned after an injury, was holding 5th place. Meanwhile, Fabio Di Giannantonio continued his incredible performance from yesterday and took the early lead with a time of 1:45.641s.

The majority of the riders chose medium rear and soft front tyres for this session. With 10 minutes into the session, the top 10 looked as follows: Di Giannantonio, Bagnaia, Morbidelli, Martin, Márquez, Moreira, Ogura, Bezzecchi, Fernandez.

On the other hand, Yamaha, which had mixed results yesterday, had its best rider in 16th place. Their riders were in the pits for a long time. There was a yellow flag caused by Michele Pirro crashing at Turn 13.

Only a few riders stayed on the track, like Marco Bezzecchi, who managed to find more speed and improve to 3rd place.

With 10 minutes remaining in the session, the riders slowly made their way back onto the track. There were some technical problems for Fabio Di Giannantonio. With 5 minutes left, the top 10 looked as follows: Di Giannantonio, Acosta, Bagnaia, Aldeguer, Ogura, Bezzecchi, Morbidelli, Martin, Márquez, Moreira.

Also, an incident that involved Martin, Marini, and Morbidelli was under investigation. With the chequered flag out, the positions stayed the same.

Q1

In this part of qualifying were: Ogura, Fernandez, Acosta, Viñales, Mir, Miller, Quartararo, Binder, Marini, Razgatlıoğlu, Pirro, and Crutchlow.

As always, the fastest two riders would advance to Q2. The first laps were in a time range going from 1:49s to 1:44s. So far, the riders in the promotion positions were Fernandez and Ogura.

However, Pedro Acosta, finding more improvement, moved into first place. Ogura had also started a great lap, but he was slower in Sector 4, so he stayed in 3rd place without improvement.

After a quick stop in the pits, the riders returned to the track. So far, the order looked as follows: Acosta, Fernandez, Ogura, Mir, Marini, Binder, Miller, Viñales, Quartararo, Pirro, Razgatlıoğlu, Crutchlow.

Fernandez managed to find more improvement and moved into first place. His teammate Ogura had started a great lap, but again was slow in Sector 4, so he stayed in 3rd place.

It was official that Fernandez and Acosta were advancing to Q2. After the chequered flag, Toprak Razgatlıoğlu crashed in Sector 4.

Q2

In this part of qualifying were: Di Giannantonio, Bagnaia, Bastianini, Morbidelli, Aldeguer, Márquez, Bezzecchi, Martin, Rins, Moreira, Fernandez, and Acosta.

The times were in a range from 1:44s to 1:45s. It was Jorge Martin who took the provisional pole position from Raul Fernandez.

Besides Acosta, everyone chose a medium rear and soft front tyre, while Acosta went with both medium tyres. However, Di Giannantonio started a decent lap and set fast times in Sectors 1 and 2, but he went to the pits, cancelling the lap.

So far, the order looked as follows: Martin, Fernandez, Bezzecchi, Di Giannantonio, Moreira, Morbidelli, Márquez, Aldeguer, Acosta, Bagnaia, Bastianini, Rins.

After a quick stop in the pits, the riders returned to the track to fight for pole position. Marco Bezzecchi was the first one to break into the 1:43s range, taking the provisional lead and breaking the lap record. The other rider with improvement was Fernandez, who moved into 2nd place.

With 3 minutes left, the order looked as follows: Bezzecchi, Fernandez, Martin, Aldeguer, Bagnaia, Di Giannantonio, Moreira, Morbidelli, Márquez, Acosta, Bastianini, Rins.

Marc Márquez was putting together a very fast lap but was slow in Sector 3, so he moved into 4th place.

With the chequered flag out, there were no further improvements. Marco Bezzecchi took pole position, with Fernandez in second and Martin in third place, making it an Aprilia front row.
